This is a fringe breast collar that is hand braided out of the highest quality 550 paracord.  It is very adjustable.  The rings are stainless steel.  It takes up on the side very simply with roller buckles.  The tugs are leather. 

There is over 100' of fringe on this breast collar.  It is very easy to clean....just wash with a mild soap and hang to dry.
